Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressive Congress APC and a political activists Timi Frank, has revealed there is going to be a massive protest against Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari at the United Nations General Assembly scheduled on September 17 2019. Enugu State is set to recieve new Commissioner Of Police, as Inspector General of Police (IGP) orders the new CP to restore sanity in the state following the continued killings of innocent citizens ravaging the State. Suspected Kidnap Kingpin Wadume has revealed he is not a kidnap kingpin but thug who works for politicians in Nigeria. He made this confession during interrogations by the police. Suspected Kidnap Kingpin Bala The suspected kidnap kingpin Hamisu Bala, popularly known as Wadume who was arrested by the men of Nigeria Police and freed by Nigerian Soldiers on August 7, 2019. The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has made it clear of its preparedness to sue the Nigerian Senate over the wasteful expenditure on car purchase. The group have alleged that the 8th Nigeria Senate led by Abubakar Bukola Saraki, the immediate past Senate President spent N4 billion to purchase brand new cars at N36 million each just a year ago. Citing that the 9th Senate under the leadership of Dr Ahmad Lawan now want to spend N5.550 billion on new cars at N50 million each. What a tragic decision in a country rated as world extreme poverty, the cost of these cars is paid by poor citizens whereas the money could be better spent. The presidential candidate candidate of African Action Congress AAC, in the last concluded general election in Nigeria  Omoyele Sowore, has been arrested by the men of Department State Services DSS. Sowore was reportedly arrested at his Ikeja residence in the early hours of Saturday August 3, 2019. His arrest is suspected to be in connection with his scheduled protest which he tagged as #Revolution now planned to carry out on August 5, 2019. Sowore posted a distress tweet at the time 1:25 am. His tweet reads "DSS invades Sowore's." He later added another tweet which indicated that his phone must have been seized from him while he tried to raise alarm over his arrest.
