EIE Nigeria Revealed Senate Proposed Hate Speech Bill Is A Replication Of Singapore's Protection Bill

Senator Sani Musa  The Enough is Enough Nigeria (EIE) has exposed that the "Hate Speech Bill" sponsored by Senator Sani Musa, which has already passed the second reading during the Senate plenary is a carbon copy of Singapore's Protection from online Falsehood and Manipulation Bill 2019 signed into law in June. The bill which UN Special Expert, David Akaye condemned seen as a  "blatant violation of the right to freedom of expression". It has noted that the bill is contrary to Nigeria's international human rights obligations and Nigerian constitution 1999 (as amended), which require government institutions to respect fundamental human rights of Nigerians and promote justice. U.K : A Murder Investigation Is On going After 39 Bodies Were Discovered In A Truck

Tuesday October 23, 2019. Police were reportedly called by paramedics in the early morning hours, after 39 bodies were discovered in the town of Grays in Essex County, England.  Police were reportedly said to have believed the lorry is from Bulgaria and came into the U.K through Holyhead on the 19th of October.  At the time of this report, police have not identified where the victims are from or their identities while police anticipated that this could be a lengthy process.  The driver, 25 years old from Northern Ireland, has been arrested, while authorities have not yet commented on why the victims were in the truck.

Thousands Of Protesters were seen this day marching through the central city to protest against alleged sexual violence and brutality of Hong Kong Police during lunchtime. According to source, several Hong Kong Police officers raised a yellow warning flag and accused participants of violating the new law but failed to stop the crowd.
