Ihedioha, who made the visit on October 9, 2019. Was accompanied by his deputy, Hon. Engr. Gerald Irona, former governor of Imo State, Chief Ikedi Ohakim, chief of staff to the governor, Chief Barr Chris Okawulonu, as well members of the state house of assembly.
Oguta Lake Motel and Golf Resort serves as a major relaxation and recreational centre for the ancient and hysterical Oguta Lake.
Oguta Lake is said to be the second largest natural lake in the country after lake Chad. The Oguta Lake rout is known to make its surrounding oil rich town, Osemoto, Awo- Omamma important commercial centres for trade, mostly for palm oil.
The inspection marks the second time the governor visited Oguta Lake since the beginning of his administration with citizens citing a good move that will bring restoration in Imo State.
