NASA Astronaut Anne McClain and 2 of 59 expedition Crewmates have returned to the earth after a 204 day international space station mission. According to reports from the NASA, the crewmates returned from the International space station on Monday 24th June, landing safely in a remote area near Zhezkazgan, Kazakhstan. At 10:47 pm. EDT [8:47 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, local time.] After spending months on science and four spacewalk abord the microgravity laboratory. The Crewmates which was launched in December 2018. The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that high level of salt intake can raise blood pressure which is the risk leading factor for heart disease and stroke It's obvious that most people around the world consume too much salt, estimated 9-12 grams per day on average a double of what is recommended. Series of studies have shown that salt makess the body hold on to water if much salt is consumed. The extra water stored in the body raises the blood pressure. 3 people have been killed in Imo State after a bomb explosions which occurred on Thursday June 6, 2019.
