The president of Sri Lanka have vowed to take action by reshuffling the security force.
According to sources, the president is quoted as saying "Our security forces constantly followed them. However, the security forces did not possess enough evidence and clear information to take legal action against them."
"The activities of these people were closely monitored at National Security Council meetings in the past years." The president said.
This series of bomb attacks in the capital city of Colombo involving communists and other innocent victims were said to be the worst attacks the country recorded since the end of its Civil war which lasted for 25 years.
