Ondo: Thunderstorm Kills 36 Cows On A Sacred Mountain

Thunderstorm has reportedly killed a number of 36 cows on a sacred mountain in  Oke-Owa in Ijare Community, Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State on Saturday September 21, 2019. According to source, the herdsmen have taken the cows to Owa mountain reserved for the Monarch without permission, it was alleged that the cows distroyed crops and valuable plants and thunder struck killing about 36 Cows. It was gathered that the Monarch Adebamigbe Kokotiri accompanied by his chief priests make sacrifices on an annual basis on this mountain. Kokotiri, through one of his chief priest while speaking to reporters described the incidentas as an act of God. Robert Gabriel Mugabe, the former Zimbabwean revolutionary who served as prime minister and later becomes President has died at the age of 95. "Announcing his demise on Twitter, Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa said "it is with utmost sadness that i announce the passing on of Zimbabwe's founding father and former President, Cde Robert Mugabe". "Mugabe was an icon of liberation, a pan-Africanist who dedicated his life to the emancipation and empowerment of his people.
