12 Boys And Their Coach Have Been Missing For More Than Two Weeks, All Have Been Rescued.
On Saturday June 23. The team of 12 boys between 11 and 16 years of age with the name Wild Boars had gone to the cave with their coach after a weekly Soccer practice. According to information, this boys have been inside the cave before but had gone there this time to write their names on the wall as part of an initiation.
But unfortunately, after they entered the cave, heavy rain began to fall and the rising water trapped them inside.
Initially, the governor of Chiang Rai province where the Cave is located thought the rescue of the boys could be imposible.
International bodies collaborated. The U S sent 30 rescuers, Japan, China, Australia, Myanmar, and Laos.
The British Cave Rescue Council headed the cave exploration and eventually found them.
When they found the boys and the coach, information says they were huddled on a rock above the water, smilling but emaciated. The boys really faced a risk as Oxygen levels dropped and the risk of more rainfall increased.
Activities of the rescuers since the insident include pumping out the water flooding the cave, teaching the boys how to swim, finding or drilling an alternative entrance or waiting out the monsoon.
Sunday 8 July, the rescuers maid their first successful rescue of 4 boys. On monday the Thai NAVY SEAL joyously updated the world through their facebook page on their latest success after rescuing another 4 boys refering to the team the wild Boars. "2 days 8 boars. Hooyah"
The NAVY SEAL Tuesday rescued the remained 4 boys and their coach with no life lost.
