Rotondo Family Sue A 30 Year Old Son Who Refuses To Move Out 


In New York, the parents of Michael Rotondo 30, have taken a drastic measure to Sue their son.

Following the Court documents as information has it, Michael Rotondo does not pay rent or carry out responsibilities and has ignored his parents offer of money to get him settled.

Christina and Mark Rotondo, parents of Michael has claimed that despite five eviction letter,  their son still refuses to move out.

However, Micheal is arguing that legally, he was not issued enough notice to leave. Anthony Adorante, the would be empty Nester lawyer has told Syracus.com that couple do not know how possible means to get their son out.

"We have decided that you must leave this house immediately" according to filling dated 2 Feb. Micheal ignored the letter, his parents wrote up an eviction notice with the help of their lawyer.

"You are hereby evicted"  a 13 Feb notice signed by Mrs Christina Rotondo"

"A legal enforcement procedure will be instituted immediately if you do not leave by 15 March 2018"

WABC  News says Michael has called his parents lawsuit "retaliation" and has asked the court to toss out the request.

It was stated that the Rotondo family will take their case to Suprem Court later this month  weeks ahead of Michael's 31st birthday.

OSUN Decides2018~ INEC Declared Osun Election Inconclusive

With the results officially announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the Peoples Democratic Party has won with 254,698 votes and closely  followed by the defeated All Progressive Congress with 254,345 votes. Due to irregularities in some polling units in  Orolu local government,  Ife North and Ife south, INEC declared the election inconclusive.
