Nothing that Buhari is buying 12 Tucano Aircraft from the US with the money and the Plane will be delivered in 2020.
However as the speaker, Yakubu Dogora read a letter from Buhari to the Lawmakers concerning expenditure which was done in anticipation by the National Assembly, they became so furious which drew a little uproars on the floor.
The House decided that the letter should be tables appropriately for a debate next date.
In his opinion, The Chairman, House Commitee on Public Account Mr Chinda
Kingsley, drew the attention of the House members about the Breach of Constitution by Buhari pinpointing on 1999 Constitution as well as other Law which never recognised spending by the President in anticipation of approval by the National Assembly.
